To receive award a repair shop has to meet extremely stringent standards: no member complaints, a minimum of 99 percent customer satisfaction rating, and no facility deficiencies during either the Auto Club's detailed annual shop inspection or the bimonthly shop reviews. Glendorians Gene & Robin Morrill, own and operate their auto repair shop along with a team of 10 employees-a true family company.
